It’s astonishing how tight a lid the major media has kept on the JFK assassination over the last 50 years. As a long-time writer on the subject, I’ve taken particular note of the parade of fake whistleblowers luring the unsuspecting researchers into rabbit holes salted with time bombs. Every generation brings a new wave of manufactured disinfo and the noise-to-signal ratio has been immense. All the noise is evidence of a conspiracy. The media was consolidated into a private cartel prior to WWII and now serves propaganda and pablum, and no longer capable of investigating deep politics in America as they are wired into the national security state.
After more than five decades, however, like a scene out of The Bridge on the River Kwai, the muddy water is descending on the JFK assassination and exposing lines leading into JM/Wave, the CIA’s largest station outside Langley when Kennedy was killed, with over 2,000 professional mercenaries on its payroll. Once JFK approved a secret assassination program inside the station, that very same squad ended up killing him in a tragedy worthy of Sophocles or Shakespeare. The last remaining data dump of documents still being held for reasons was due out last year, and that release guaranteed new revelations, as well as new rabbit holes salted with time bombs, but, of course, the release was delayed once again for reasons of national security. Rest assured, this crime was committed by Ted Shackley, David Morales and John Roselli, among others, and covered-up by Allen Dulles, James Angleton and J. Edgar Hoover.
One of the more interesting dots I was recently able to connect was eyewitness Richard Carr’s testimony concerning two men he saw standing in the window of the 6th Floor Texas Book Depository during the assassination, and how much they resembled Ted Shackley and David Morales. Carr got a closer look a few minutes later, when he witnessed them exit the back of the building and jump into a waiting Rambler station wagon. Miraculously, Carr survived two assassination attempts and was even able to kill one of his assailants.
Whether you are new to the case, or a long-time researcher, you’ll find material in this book not covered anywhere else. As an insider in counterculture media, I was allowed a closer examination of many of the leading whistleblowers and concluded many were really spooks salting time bombs. I also believe the case needs to be distilled and not buried in a blizzard of details, so I try to keep the word length down to the minimum necessary to round all the necessary bases. Instead of letting the noise distract or mislead, I follow disinfo to its source, and study the structure of the disinfo matrix for clues. Everyone brings something to the table, especially the spooks.

Twenty-three days before the assassination of JFK in Dallas, Lee Harvey Oswald walked into the FBI offices in Dallas and delivered a handwritten note for agent James Hosty. After JFK’s murder, Hosty was ordered to destroy this note and it took many years to uncover what that note might have said and why it had to be destroyed immediately after the assassination. The official story given by Hosty was it contained “some sort of threat,” but that later changed to the more ludicrous: “stay away from my wife.”
In fact, the note most likely claimed that a four-man assassination team had assembled in Chicago for the purpose of assassinating JFK on his way to Soldier Field for the annual Army-Air Force football game, an assassination scheduled to take place on November 2.
We only know all this because a Chicago-based secret service agent named Abraham Bolden was asked to investigate the allegation and two men were placed under surveillance and soon picked up later that day and brought to the Secret Service offices in Chicago, and then mysteriously released without being conclusively identified for the record. One of these suspects could have been John Roselli, or maybe he was one of the guys not picked up, but it’s clear the two suspects were spooks just from the way the investigation unfolded without arrest or noticeable investigative paperwork. Bolden only knew that the tip had come from an FBI informant named “Lee.” Bolden would later turn whistleblower and pay the career-ending price.
By strange coincidence, another chance encounter had put the assassination mission in jeopardy, as the patsy had inadvertently prematurely come under investigation. And that patsy bore an amazing resemblance to Lee Harvey Oswald. His name was Thomas Arthur Vallee and he’d been overheard making threats against JFK at a diner, where he was confronted by an undercover officer who reported the incident to Chicago Secret Service.
Two Chicago police officers were sent to investigate Vallee, and they both ended up rising rapidly through the ranks: Daniel Groth and Peter Schurla. Right around the time JFK cancelled his Chicago trip (just an hour before he was due to take off), Groth and Schurla went to see Vallee.
He told them he’d been assigned to a U2 base in Japan (just like Oswald) and had a small arsenal and hundreds of rounds of ammunition. He was a devoted member of the John Birch Society, which means he likely believed JFK was a communist agent bent on destruction of the United States.
Photos of his vehicle revealed that Vallee had a license plate that was protected by national security. He was also a certified mental patient with a metal plate in his head and a history of emotional breakdowns.
Since there was also another plot based in Tampa one wonders if an ex-Marine from a U2 base in Japan was also being moved into a tall office building overlooking a parade route. Supposedly that shooter was positioned in the Floridan Hotel, then the tallest building in Tampa, while a Cuban named Gilberto Lopez was being set-up to take the fall. The locations of Chicago, Tampa and Dallas are telling because that’s where Dulles and Angleton felt they had the most control over the situation.
But perhaps the most telling detail is the two cops sent to interview Vallee were later sent to assassinate Fred Hampton, the most respected activist leader in Chicago, and someone who was railing against the recently-created Weather Underground that was seeking a violent revolution in America. The Weathermen seized upon Hampton’s assassination as the reason everyone needed to take up arms and especially urged people to shoot cops and soldiers.
Shortly after 1963, Vallee moved to Indianapolis. A few years later he moved to Columbus. In the fall of 1966, the Secret Service conducted its first interrogation of Vallee. Although the serial numbers had never been checked on the original weapons found on him in Chicago, the Secret Service allegedly did check the serial numbers on his newly acquired rifles. Afterwards, Vallee relocated to Houston. He was tracked there by Edwin Black of the Chicago Independent.
Tom Forcade came to New York City from Arizona to work for the Underground Press Syndicate (UPS) formed by six of the largest underground newspapers in 1966, a list that included the East Village Other. When Tom arrived, the UPS offices and archives were located in Jim Fouratt’s apartment, but soon moved into Tom’s after he took over.
The summer of 1966 it became obvious a new zeitgeist was sweeping through American youth. The acolytes of this geist were certainly easy to spot with their long hair. Intel had a serious problem in that most of these were 15-17 years old. It would take time and effort to build influencers to corral these untamed youth. So a massive effort was put into place to demonize the emerging culture. Suddenly, just having long hair was enough to get one brutalized while walking down the street.
Intel didn’t have a problem identifying who the hippie messiah was as it was obvious the folksinger Bob Dylan had inspired most of these teens, awakened their political consciousness and convinced them cannabis was a good thing, although the cannabis content had be carefully veiled. The Beatles had also been inspired by Dylan and were much more upfront about the importance of cannabis. It was the Beatles who kicked off the change in hair style away from the military crew cuts most teens had in the early 1950s.
The following summer, however, an event took place that had repercussions on the future of the counterculture. Israel launched a secret attack on Egypt’s air force before invading the Sinai, Golan Heights, West Bank and Jerusalem. The Egyptian retreat from Sinai was a lot like Iraq’s retreat from Kuwait. Israel captured the crucial buffers they sought to protect their borders, but also knew they had created a united Arab coalition that would some day take revenge, but that would not unfold for another five years.
Meanwhile, fund raising efforts to support Israel ran to a fever pitch, and the Mossad created an additional income stream through the distribution of Lebanese hashish, the famous “red Leb.” A lot of the distribution was done through prominent rabbis, who were encouraged to locate people inside the emerging counterculture who might help with the distribution.
Immense efforts were made to corral Dylan into intel ops, but he wisely decided to disappear, refusing all efforts to anoint him as the leader of the hippies. Into this vacuum stepped Abbie Hoffman and Tim Leary.
Hoffman had been profoundly influenced by a visit to California, where he met many of the original Diggers, who deployed street theater to steer people away from blind obedience to authority. Hoffman was also influenced by David Dillinger, a Yale-, Oxford- and Columbia-educated son of a rich Republican, whose family had strong links into the Daughters of the American Revolution. Dillinger was a pacifist who had refused to serve during WWII and afterwards became an important activist for civil rights for Southern blacks, a campaign Hoffman joined.
Intel, meanwhile, was busy building influencers inside the Civil Rights movement. They already had plenty of operatives running the rightwing opposition to that movement embedded into hate groups like the KKK.
The Yippies were founded in December of 1967 by Hoffman, Paul Krassner (who came up with the name), and Jerry Rubin. Krassner was running the most influential counterculture fanzine, The Realist, which had been publishing since the early sixties. Krassner had been the youngest child to solo at Carnegie Hall, and claimed in his autobiography that he’d been brainwashed by constant practicing and had never experienced anything close to a normal childhood. He had difficulty socializing, although his bond with Hoffman and Rubin was instantaneous.
Reverend George von Hilsheimer came to assist Krassner with his new magazine almost immediately. He wanted to create a Summerhill-like school for counterculture kids and used the Realist to recruit students and teachers. This effort was funded by Krassner to the tune of $50 a week. The school, named Summerland in homage to Summerhill, soon manifested outside Rosman, North Carolina.
One week after being opened, however, the school was attacked by local townspeople who began firing guns, setting off bombs, and burning down the cabins that constituted the school. Some townspeople claimed homosexuality, Communism and race mixing were part of the school’s secret agenda.
Hilsheimer moved on to Florida to establish Green Valley, a boarding school for wayward youth in Orange City, Florida. In 1973, that school was raided by the local authorities after strange stories of von Hilsheimer’s use of electro sleep, vivid confrontation, mega vitamins, hypode-sensitization and electro-shock as therapies. There was a strange batch of new age quacks brought in to educate the children. In 1968, Michael Waker, 18, killed himself with a pistol Hilsheimer had allowed him to purchase. Another suicidal student was also offered a pistol but declined. That same year, Bill Ayers, son of one of the richest men in Chicago, created a similar Summerhill-type school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ayers would soon go underground as one of the principle leaders of the terrorist Weather Underground. He would spend the next decade urging his flock to kill police and distribute weapons and explosives to disturbed blacks recently released from either Vietnam or prison. The SLA that kidnapped Patti Hearst was just one of their many side projects. The Weather Underground used sex, drugs and group hypnosis to program people into accepting violence as the only way to cure America’s ills.
I can’t say whether Krassner was played by Hilsheimer or was a knowing participant in his MK/Ultra-style operation. Later in life I confronted him on some of these matters. I never could understand how he was blind to the reality that Jerry Rubin was an intel operative. Dillinger seems to have been the person who injected Rubin into the scene. Rubin’s opening act was appearing in Congress dressed like Pancho Villa and carrying an automatic rifle. Certainly, this was a blatant attempt by intel to steer the hippies towards violence, or at least create that impression in Middle America.
Charles Manson would soon appear an the dominant hippie archetype. This was all certainly part of the same operation. The Weather Underground initially hailed Manson as their culture hero. Krassner spent a lot of time covering the Manson trial and got close to his flock, but abandoned the story. It would take decades for some of Manson’s suspicious connections to MK/Ultra to emerge.
The biggest problem with uncovering MK/Ultra was the fact the original expose was written by the editor of the East Village Other. The book’s foreword thanked such obvious intel operatives as John Foster “Chip” Berlet and MI6 super spook William Stephenson.
Take note that the Weathermen took their name from a Bob Dylan song, while an associate of Berlet’s became on of the biggest pot dealers in New York City while also writing a book falsely claiming E. Howard Hunt was one of the men taken into custody after JFK’s assassination. This was obviously a rabbit hole devised by James Angleton himself. And really just a sliver of the misdirection ops released like flares from a jet with a heat-seeking missile on it’s tail.
An even more important misdirection was the creation of the wacky Illuminati theories first presented by Kerry Thornley, a Marine based at Atsugi alongside Lee Harvey Oswald. Thornley would also create a fake religion called Discordianism, which was designed to create as much noise and confusion around every possible deep state event. Krassner would be introduced to this concept by Robert Anton Wilson, who soon wrote a completely bogus softcore porn trilogy about the Illuminati. All this was like done to obscure the fact that some of Yale’s Skull & Boners had assisted the JFK hit, and that fraternity was the only secret society known to be using Adam Weishaupt’s rituals and modus operandi.
Tom Forcade would temporarily join forces with Weberman to create an alternative to the Zippies. Weberman, meanwhile, had been stalking and hounding Bob Dylan, and began claiming he alone knew the real Dylan. His crackpot analysis of Dylan’s lyrics reminds me of the crackpot theories of Q-Anon. If you are going to make up lies, make them whoppers so they’ll be more likely believed by the dumbest among us.
The confrontation between Yippies and Zippies was designed to unfold during the Republican Convention in Miami in 1972, which effectively became the Waterloo for the Anti-War Movement. The movement had gotten a big push after the police riot at the Democratic Convention in Chicago, but all that was washed away when the hippies rioted in Miami. Take note that during the convention, the hotel where the Yippies were holed up was suddenly flooded with free Quaaludes, while the Zippies flooded Flamingo Park with free LSD.
According to Joe Barton, a major pot dealer of the period, Forcade began working with a Mossad agent on a big project shortly after arriving in New York. According to Barton, this agent eventually committed suicide. Tom used to tell this Barton if the Feds ever came after him, he had information that would embarrass them. But it wasn’t long before Tom committed suicide as well.
Weberman momentarily funded a militia training camp in the Catskills for volunteers wishing to help defend Israel from Arab annihilation.
Strange that a book by intel operative Roger Stone published a few years ago claims Frank Stugis (misidentified by Weberman as another of the tramps) was enlisted a few years after the JFK hit to help assassinate President Richard Nixon.
According to Stone, the CIA feared Nixon was going dovish on Vietnam, and they also greatly resented his detente move with China. Sturgis was told to procure weapons and make preparations for staging a confrontation between Yippies versus Zippies that would erupt in gunfire. During this melee, Sturgis was to make sure Nixon got fatally shot.
Sturgis went ahead and got the guns, but when it was revealed who the target was, he backed out. Later on, the CIA employed the Watergate burglary as a set-up to unseat Nixon.
Stone also claims Lyndon Johnson engineered the Kennedy assassination, and while Johnson may have been made aware of the plot, it’s unlikely his power extended to the top of the Pentagon and CIA. So even though Stone is a beltway insider once close to Nixon, I don’t trust his information on key issues. But he does bring interesting information to the table.
Some say Nixon bought his detente move with China by returning one of hundreds of funds created from black market gold stolen during WWII and then disappeared. Much of that gold originated in China and had been buried in the Philippines before being washed by Opus Dei working with some Bonesmen. At least that’s the story I’ve been able to piece together.
But now I’m wondering about the double agents planted inside the Zippies and Yippies who supposed to instigate a melee so Nixon could be killed. Strange that the Yippie-Zippie split was so well-known at the highest levels of the CIA, as if they had a hand in instigating it.
Russ Baker wrote a great blog about some famous seeding-the-rabbit-hole incidents. Did you know Lee Harvey Oswald’s wallet was conveniently found dropped right near the spot where police officer J.D. Tippet was found murdered shortly after JFK’s assassination? This wallet was, in fact, the evidence used by police to declare Oswald’s complicity in the JFK assassination.
Simultaneously, a bullet was found on the stretcher used to move JFK, and although virtually undamaged, it became responsible for a half dozen wounds on two people. Naturally, the bullet matched a rifle Oswald had recently mail-ordered.
Next, consider the bundle found on the sidewalk near Dr. Martin Luther King’s assassination, all of which pointed towards James Earl Ray as the culprit, a bundle that included some of Ray’s laundry as well as the alleged murder weapon and a newspaper clipping giving the name of the motel King was scheduled to be at.
But most amazing of all these tall tales was the appearance of the undamaged visa for alleged hijacker Satam al-Suqami just a few blocks from twin towers after they fell. Those steel towers and aluminum planes had turned to dust in a matter of seconds, but this incriminating scrap of paper that helped break the case wide open floated out of the apocalypse in mint condition.
Most recently, there is Said Kouachi’s ID left in his abandoned stolen vehicle following his attack on Charlie Hebdo’s offices. Without that ID, it would have taken weeks to break the case. Why does it seem like the same template is being used in all these cases? Maybe because it works so well.
One of my favorite episodes along these lines was the amazing testimony given by Fox radio host Mark Walsh just seconds after the twin towers fell, seeding the absurd cover story on how steel-framed buildings could suffer a complete collapse from fire for the first time in history, delivered on live national TV. Does it not appear he’s reciting a script?
Mosby’s Rangers
This same technique was used after Abraham Lincoln was assassinated, when the finger was instantly pointed towards Col. John Mosby (aka The Grey Ghost). In fact, Mosby had been planning an elaborate presidential kidnapping plot, and Booth was his key agent in that conspiracy. But as the conspiracy grew, it eventually included a number of double agents secretly reporting back to the Union War Department.
We know this because of the original confession given by George Atzerodt. This confession was strangely not admitted into the trial as evidence and ordered destroyed, although 117 years later a photostat was found in the archives of one of the stenographers. Atzerodt had listed over a dozen additional names in the kidnap conspiracy, people who were never charged nor investigated. Soon, however, his story changed considerably. But that only happened after he’d lost his mind wearing a suffocating canvas-and-leather hood 24 hours a day that cut off all sight and sound. This torture device, which he was forced to endure for weeks until hanged, had been invented to keep him from revealing information to anyone while the government fabricated a case with paid perjuries.
The only justification for these machinations is if the War Department was complicit in the crime of killing Lincoln, pretty much the same situation we have now with the lies of the Pentagon regarding 9/11.
According to Atzerodt, Booth had been informed that the “New York crowd” who’d been assisting the kidnap plot had decided to put a hit on Lincoln. Booth accepted their mission, and was obviously paid to carry it out (and reportedly had a large amount of cash on him that disappeared). Booth was told to act fast or someone else might get the glory of killing the tyrant as multiple hit teams were assembling.
It was only afterwards, when every newspaper in the land denounced Booth that he realized he’d been played and wrote in his diary that he desired to return to Washington to “clear his name.”
How could Booth clear his name, unless, of course, he planned to name some traitors inside the War Department who’d aided the mission and left Lincoln unguarded so he could waltz in and do the evil deed with a one-shot derringer.
But Booth never made it back to Washington. Instead, he was found locked inside a tobacco barn, and while inside that barn someone put a bullet in back of his skull at close range and blamed it on the brain-damaged Boston Corbett (who’d self-castrated himself so feeble was his brain from mercury poisoning).
And for 150 years, the country has swallowed this fable that Booth was the mastermind of the assassination, and all the conspirators were caught and punished.

On December 1, 1864, four-and-a-half months before J. Wilkes Booth shot President Abraham Lincoln in Ford’s Theater, a plea for crowd-funding the assassination appeared in Alabama’s Salem Dispatch:
One Million Dollars, Wanted, to Have Peace by the 1st of March If the citizens of the Southern Confederacy will furnish me with the cash, or good securities for the sum of one million dollars, I will cause the lives of Abraham Lincoln, William H. Seward and Andrew Johnson to be taken by the first of March next. This will give us peace and satisfy the world that cruel tyrants cannot live in the “land of liberty.” If this is not accomplished nothing will be claimed beyond the sum of fifty thousand dollars, in advance, which is supposed to be necessary to reach and slaughter the three villains I will give, myself, one thousand dollars towards this patriotic purpose. Every one wish to contribute will address Box X, Cahaba, Alabama.
After the assassination, Henry Grimes of Ohio cut it out and attached the ad to a letter to Secretary of State Seward (above). Seward had barely survived being murdered and was saved thanks to a metal collar around his neck, a device a doctor had installed because Seward suffered a fall from his moving carriage the day before. Isn’t it somewhat strange zero investigation was conducted as to how much money was sent to this post office box in sleepy Cahaha, Alabama, and who picked it up? Also suspicious is why are Seward and Johnson signaled out for death with Lincoln, when the South hated Thaddeus Stevens and Charles Sumner far more, not to mention Edwin Stanton, a former Democrat, was universally detested. So the choice of Lincoln, Seward and Johnson seems odd and not really emanating from a true Southern patriot, but an agenda of a different stripe.
I imagine the ad was placed by Sandford Conover (real name Charles Dunham), who is a bit of a Zelig in the story of Lincoln’s assassination, always in the shadows at key moments, although few history books mention his name or any of his many aliases. Conover had a knack for creative fundraising and I suspect he also forged the letter from Booth to Edwin Stanton postmarked New York City the day of the assassination. His use of disinformation, misdirection and manipulation of news is absolutely spellbinding and nearly impossible to fully unravel, but it appears Conover wrote the book on military counterintelligence propaganda, while managing to stay completely hidden from history until now. My spotlight shines brightly on him in my expose Killing Lincoln: The Real Story.
The beginning of December is when this operation was set in motion to bend a previous plot to kidnap Lincoln into Lincoln’s assassination, employing the same cast and crew. Isn’t it strange that a similar ad attacking President Kennedy appeared the day of his arrival in Dallas? And in case you missed the morning paper, there was a similar flyer handed out on the streets accusing JFK of treason.
Consider the crew that killed JFK was the same team that had been hired months earlier to kill Castro, but when JFK shut down the get-Castro mission, the same get-team was diverted to get him. It goes to show how similar deep political events are: similar problems, similar solutions and similar scripts appear again and again.
1) Telegraph lines went dead for two hours immediately after Lincoln’s assassination. No investigation was ever conducted as to the cause.
Telephone lines in Washington DC went down for one hour immediately after JFK’s assassination. The excuse was overloaded lines, which certainly could be true, although no official investigation was ever conducted.
2) Booth shot Lincoln in a theater, and hid in a tobacco barn. The theater was then converted into a government warehouse, and the assassin assassinated before any trial took place. Oswald allegedly shot JFK from a government warehouse, and fled to a theater. He would be assassinated before any trial took place.
3) Lincoln was shot in the head in front of his wife on a Friday in Ford’s Theater.
JFK was shot in the head in front of his wife on a Friday while riding in a Ford Lincoln.
4) The first theory floated after Lincoln was assassinated was the Confederacy was behind the plot. The first theory floated after JFK was assassinated was the Communists were behind the plot.
5) After years of investigation, the official story continues to fall apart and strong evidence is emerging that Lincoln was killed by a conspiracy inside his own government. After years of investigation, the official story continues to fall apart and strong evidence is emerging that JFK was killed by a conspiracy inside his own government.
In the 1960s, he was known around Langley by his CIA code name: Kingfisher.
It’s probably not a good idea to take on an exalted title like that unless you have some real power to wield and as the director of counterintelligence, Angleton was responsible for a lot of the dirty tricks at CIA during his reign. He’s become the subject of dozens of books and movies, most recently The Good Shepherd, although his multiple connections to the JFK hit never seem to surface in the mainstream media.
Angleton got his powerful post after serving as the Vatican’s OSS liaison during WWII, working closely with Allen Dulles to shield important Nazis who were given new jobs working for US interests after the war. According to Angleton, before getting his promotion, he had to promise Dulles never to put him or any of his Wall Street-connected cronies on lie detectors in order to question them about financial relations with Germany during the war. You see, many US corporations employed neutral countries to trade with the enemy, including Standard Oil, a company owned by Dulles’ cousin by marriage David Rockefeller. If you want to get really rich during war, sell to both sides.
Not only did Angleton remain in charge of the important CIA-Vatican connection, he also became the strategic CIA link to Israel and their efficient Mossad, an intelligence agency not hampered by red tape.
The sad reality is that after he got his post, Angleton was swiftly compromised by British double agent Kim Philby, who gleaned many secrets before departing back to England. Philby had spent many nights plying the chain-smoking Angleton with liquor so they could talk shop. The main subject of conversation was the suspected mole inside British intelligence who kept the KGB one step ahead of Angleton, and who might that mole be? Before long, a nest of Soviet spies (the Cambridge 5) was uncovered and a few revealed, although Philby was exonerated and Victor Rothschild never seriously investigated. Philby began working as a journalist covering the Middle East, while secretly reporting to MI6. But in 1961, Anatoliy Golitsyn, a KGB major, defected to the West and established his bona fides by offering up Philby as KGB and part of the Cambridge ring that had been operating since before WWII.
CIA spook William Buckley would write the first major book on how Angleton went crazy after Philby was unmasked. Buckley is Skull & Bones and card carrying member of the oligarchy, just like Angleton, only maybe a little higher on the pecking order. But Golitsyn was a fake defector seeding disinfo. His major thrust was that many highly placed people in Western power were really KGB, just like Philby. Golitsyn even claimed British Prime Minister Harold Wilson was a KGB spy. And he also claimed there was another KGB spy was very high up in the US government as well. Obviously, these rabbit holes served mostly to amp up Angleton’s paranoia. He’d spend the next few years hunting for an imaginary highly-placed mole in Washington DC, and at one point accused just about everyone in power. Did Golitsuyn also finger JFK as well as Wilson? I think this seems pretty likely. Strangely, Golitsyn became an Honorary Commander of the British Empire. And what do you think would have happened if Angleton had written a report saying JFK was a Soviet spy? Would that have justified a national security project to remove JFK from power?
But after JFK was assassinated, along came a real Soviet defector name Yuri Nosenko, who arrived in 1964. Since Nosenko did not concur with much of anything Golitsyn had been saying, and, in fact, was more highly situated and knew more than Golitsyn, Nosenko was held prisoner for four years and tortured continuously and fed LSD and other drugs in an attempt to break him down. And the entire time Angleton kept telling everyone Nosenko was a fake whose only mission was to discredit Golitsyn.
In retrospect Angleton seems borderline incompetent since he’d been played by Philby and Golitsyn. One wonders how Angleton kept his job so long, although keep in mind his files were probably more explosive than J. Edgar Hoover’s.
On the morning of November 9th, 1963, two weeks before JFK was assassinated, right-wing extremist Joseph Milteer was in a Miami hotel room talking with Willie Somerset, an undercover police informant who happened to be wearing a wire. This conversation was turned over to the FBI immediately, although it would not surface publicly until four years later. Here is what Milteer had to say:
[Killing Kennedy] “was in the working” and would be accomplished “from an office building with a high-powered rifle”….that could be “disassembled” to get it into the building and they will “pick someone up within hours if anything like that happened just to throw the public off.” Milteer also mentioned “the Cubans” were involved.
Did you know JFK visited Miami within a few days of this conversation, and word of this potential assassination was well-known to the local police who enacted extra precautions to protect the President when he arrived on November 18? In fact, an even earlier assassination attempt had been planned for Chicago on November 2, but that plot had been foiled by someone named “Lee.” Coincidentally, two of the men involved in the Chicago plot were former Marines who’d been stationed at Atsuki, the same base where Lee Harvey Oswald was likely programmed by MK/Ultra-style brainwashing.
After the Chicago plot was thwarted, the conspirators intended to kill JFK in Miami and since the assassination was being run through the CIA’s JM/Wave station there, that plan saved considerably on travel expenses. But after Milteer’s comments became known by the local FBI, more stringent protection was afforded to protect the president. Strangely, zero precaution seem to have been taken to protect him a few days later in Dallas. This seems extremely suspicious given the precise details provided by Milteer.
Maybe you know Frank Sturgis was accused by Marita Lorenz of driving a car with high-powered rifles and scopes in the trunk from Miami to Dallas right before the assassination. Apparently they returned to Miami by plane the day before the assassination after delivering the weapons used to kill Kennedy. Immediately before and after the assassination, Milteer was contacted by the FBI and afterwards openly celebrated the President’s death. He later told Somerset: “I guess you thought I was kidding when I said Kennedy would be killed from an office building with a high-powered rifle.”
Don Adams was the rookie FBI agent sent to interview Milteer before and after the assassination although he was severely limited by his bosses to asking only five questions, which struck Adams as extremely odd given the situation. In fact, the FBI seemed more interested in sweeping this incident under a rug than exploring how Milteer got his information. Adams was supposed to determine where Milteer was during the assassination, but could not conclusively establish his whereabouts during that week. Adams would eventually write a book about his investigation, one that was severely critical of the Warren Commission.
Here’s a photo of someone who looks like Milteer standing along the parade route in Dealey Plaza, as if he’d come to watch the assassination. That fluffy hairstyle seems unmistakeable doesn’t it? If so, I’d imagine Milteer attended some sort of celebration later that day. Clint Murchison held a big one on his ranch, but I’m sure there were others as many on the right hated JFK with a purple passion.
But if you delve into Milteer’s connections, you can uncover how he came to his inside information because he was the leading right-wing organizer in Georgia and helped establish both the National States Rights Party and the Constitution Party there. Among his cohorts was General Pedro del Valle, the first Puerto Rican to rise to the top of the US military, and someone later put in charge of ITT in Latin America. Del Valle fought in the Banana Wars that made South and Central America more exploitable to Wall Street bankers.
If you’ve been paying attention to my posts over the last month, you realize the John Birch Society played an important role in Kennedy’s assassination. H.L. Hunt was a major source of funding for that organization. And if you delve into the Birchers, you find a mix of rich industrialists and high-ranking military. When the Pentagon was created right before WWII, they already knew a world war was coming and the economic power in America shifted almost immediately to this newly-formed military-industrial complex, the very alliance President Eisenhower warned us against while departing office. After WWII, the CIA, our American Gestapo, was created and became the covert military force responsible for assassinating heads of state around the world if they believed too much in democracy and were soft on Communism.
Did you know Henry Kissinger believed the Joint Chiefs were a bunch of dummies easily manipulated through propaganda? One mystery for me is trying to figure who on the right-wing knew Communism was a scam from day one, a complex set of dogmas used to mind control a generation so they could be more easily pitted against other dialectically-driven oppositional forces like Fascism and Christianity? Russia was a burnt-out rusted shell with no spare parts after WWII, and not in a position to threaten the US in any way. But they were transformed into this sinister boogie-man through propaganda.
Although three people were wounded in Dallas in November of 1963, you likely never heard of one of them—James Tague.
Tague was an car salesman who got stuck in traffic on Main Street in Dealey Plaza. In order to see what was causing the gridlock, he momentarily stepped out of his car expecting to see an accident blocking traffic ahead, but quickly realized it was JFK’s motorcade just passing through the plaza.
Tague was standing near the triple overpass when he heard the sound of a firecracker. After another firecracker went off, something stung his cheek. Then Tague noticed people taking cover all around the plaza. The President’s limo sped up and raced through the underpass. Tague was sure the two shots had come from the grassy knoll. But when he walked in that direction, a policeman stopped him, and commented on the flecks of blood on his cheek and asked Tague where he’d been standing during the shooting. The policeman quickly located a section of curb that had obviously been damaged by a bullet. The blood on Tague’s face was caused by a fragment of concrete kicked up by a missed shot.
Now this was pretty solid and important evidence and pretty soon that section of curb was removed for further study. However, years later, when Tague wanted to examine the curb, he noticed the bullet scar had been filled in by an unknown substance, rendering it fairly useless as evidence. If someone was shooting from the Texas School Book Depository, it certainly wasn’t Oswald, but the trajectory of any bullet could have been easily tracked using the curb as forensic evidence.
Here’s an interesting map that shows where Tague was standing. In this diagram, it shows shots being fired from the School Book Depository. That may never have happened. There were four shooters, one from the front, one from the side, and two from the rear. The front shooter was probably located in a storm drain on Elm Street under the overpass. This was where Johnny Roselli says he fired the first shot, which hit JFK in the throat. There may have been a shooter in the Dal-Tex Building, but he may have used a suppressor. And, of course, there was certainly a shooter behind the picket fence on the knoll.
This map is accurate, however, concerning where Tague was standing, and you can see the line drawn from his spot to the Dal-Tex building. Had that section of curb been left in place and studied, the location of a Dal-Tex shooter could have been conclusively proven.
Over the years, Tague became a bit of a haunted man, like others who witnessed this crime, many of whom could not fathom why their country was covering up evidence instead of swiftly moving forward to seek justice. He wrote a couple of books, and the most recent one pointed a finger at LBJ and the Texas oil crew that put LBJ into power. Tague never really looked deeply into the CIA’s JM/Wave station, or the critical role James Angleton played in the cover-up.
Recently, Tague tried to attend the 50th anniversary ceremony in Dealey Plaza, but was refused admittance, obviously because he believes in a wider conspiracy beyond Oswald. How strange is it that a man wounded during the killing of a President is not even allowed to attend the official ceremony of the event 50 years later? It just goes to show what a tight lid they still keep on this story.
I hope the youth of America will keep looking into this tragic event, because it provides a window on how power really operates in the USA. And once you start to question the JFK assassination and cover-up, it’s an easy step to start re-examining the lies of 9/11 since the two events have striking parallels.
